For scheduling behavior consultations. please complete the pre-consultation form below to allow us to schedule your appointment time. You will receive an appointment confirmation email within 48 hours. Once you submit this scheduling form below, you will be taken to STEP 3 where you will have access to the Feline Behavior Questionnaire that you will need to complete prior to your consultation.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING: Tell us your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice (and so on) of preferred appointment dates and time windows. Note: Within 24 – 48 hours you will receive your appointment time via email during our office hours of Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific time. We offer appointment times Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific time. Saturday and Sunday appointments 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific time. The more flexible your availability, the sooner we can schedule your consultation appointment (usually the same week once you submit this form).
